明年会更好？！

上个星期，终于与HP的老板见了一面，谈了谈续约的事。

老实说谈任何事情都是假的，谈钱最现实。续不续约就要看他们开的价钱合不合理，符不符合市价。花了一个半小时谈了这么多，我最想听到的只有最后的十分钟，当他开出了我的加薪数额。老实说我有点惊讶他们会给我这个数额，虽然我的‘市价’的确有过之而无不及，加上我听到我的同事的加薪率少过12%，所以我已经做好心理准备他们会开个可怜的数额。

那个数额是让我继续我现在的工作范围及工作量。可是VISA的老板却想叫我负起更大的责任，成为Team Leader!但HP方面却有点不愿意朝这个方向去考虑我的新薪金。。所以我只答应继续我现在的岗位，不会挑起任何新重任。。当然我利用了HP的不愿而Visa的迫不及待来争取我想要的数额。最后HP开出了新条件，只是多加了我两百五十元！他们想用这么一点钱就希望我为他们扛起这么多的新工作及责任？开玩笑！太没有诚心了！至少也要有10%我才会考虑。。所以我马上就回了封电邮拒绝了他们。Allan打电话来问我。我很坦白很直接地告诉他既然公司不愿意出个合理的‘价钱’，别再浪费时间讨价还价了，用这些时间去找新人来接替吧。事后我也告诉了SK，她表示有点失望但会接受我的决定。当然她也问了原因，我也没有必要隐瞒就直接告诉她是价钱谈不拢。

所以经过上星期的‘谈判’，结果是续约一年，加薪xx（秘密，超过25%）其他的条件不变。

巴士乘客十大恶行(上）

每天上下班都是乘搭巴士。每天都会看到或是亲身经历一些非常令人反感无公德心的自私行为。。

就让我列出我自己本身认为最让我受不了的十大恶行。。

10。 ‘寒’流入侵 （此‘寒’非彼‘韩’）
是否常看到他人把冷气的出口朝向身旁的座位/乘客？所谓‘己所不欲，勿施于人’，既然自己觉得冷，那么又有什么理由让你认为其他的乘客就不觉得冷呢？常常我就会因为早上被巴士上的冷气吹了40几分钟而伤风流鼻涕。

09。谋夺‘皇’位
想必大家一定有看过一些上了年纪的uncle/auntie一看到有空位就不顾一切地抢！也许我们不该责怪他们，因为如果大家都有礼让精神懂得让位给年长者，他们就无需这么做了。。大伙该反省反省。。

08。横冲直‘撞’
虽然我并不是说手上提着许多东西就不可以乘搭巴士，但是也不可以理所当然地无视同车的搭客。我常被女生的手提包，男生的背包，学生的书包及阿嬷阿公的大包小包撞碰。最火大的是他们碰撞了他人之后那副若无其事的表情，毫无愧疚可言。

07。‘软’骨功
巴士难免会摇晃的比地铁强烈得多了， 所以巴士上的扶手是非常重要的。 但却常常有人‘趴’着或是‘粘’着扶手，使得其他的乘客无法利用它稳住身体。 可恶！

06。子不教父母之过
在放学或是学校假期期间较常见。小孩把巴士当成游乐场或是家里，任性地嬉闹着大声嚷嚷着，完全无视其他乘客的感受。而在一旁的父母或是长辈们完全没有制止他们的意思，甚至有一些家长还与小孩打闹成一边。。多么失败的家教！！

Reaching my limits...

I'm reaching my limits with regards to my rented house...

Everyday, without fail, my ears are assaulted by noise, man-made noise that is driving my crazy.. If it's not the neighbour (on the left) screaming at her niece, then it's the 2-3 kids (on the right) crying/screaming their hearts out...

It's bad enough the landlord stack his unwanted things on the right side of the house (just in front of my first bedroom), got worse when his maid drys all the floor maps/cloths over the fence in front of my house, and finally it become worst this morning, on my way to work, I saw a broom hanging next to my front door!! These are really getting out of hand.. not to mention getting on my nerves...

If I didnt make it to Japan next Apr (I'm praying very hard that I will), I think I will move out of this place.. and get a quieter place with no landlord around!!

A good movie... デスノート

Went to watch Death Note on Tuesday night..

Very interesting movie.. Intriqing concept/idea...

A guy who was disgusted by the weakness of the law to prosecute criminals, found a note book dropped by a Death God. All he needs to do is to write a person's name on the notebook and the person will die of heart-attack within 40 seconds, if no specifics is written together... He has a very strong sense of justice which in the end, decided that he IS justice.. His arch-nemesis is 'L', another gifted guy. It's a show down between the two of them..

The show was shown in Japan early Jul, but only reached Spore a couple weeks ago. There's a sequal to this show, and it's already in the cinemas in Japan and HK, but will only premier in Spore on the 28 Dec!!! ARRRRGGGHHH..

After watching the show, I just cant help but to think of the 'what if' scenario, especially what if I managed to get hold of a Death Note?? Will I be smart enough to use it without being detected?? Of course, after seeing the show, one will know what not to do to arouse the police's suspisions... Will I be unbiased enough to pass fair judgement? Will I be ended up killing everyone that crosses me?? Hahahaha... That's a thought....
